Engineering matrix
Eight connected stages keep product structure, mold geometry, molded components, assembly mechanics, and inspection standards aligned.
Analyze the client's specific requirements and production capacity targets to provide a tailored preliminary solution, and engage in thorough communication with the client to reach a consensus.
Senior mold engineers and automation engineers collaborate to examine product component characteristics in order to create and formulate the best product molding and automated assembly procedure.
Create 3D structural designs of the mold and engineering drawings of the automated assembly machine, send them to the client for approval, and finalize the unique solution.
We precision machine and manufacture several mold sets while strictly adhering to drawing standards. We also produce and modularly assemble automated machinery components.
The custom mold is installed on the machine for trials, where it is subjected to frequent precision modifications and molding process optimization until the dimensions and aesthetic accuracy meets criteria.
Once the mold setup has stabilized, a small-batch trial production run is conducted using the injection molding machine to produce high-quality, high-standard components intended for subsequent assembly and testing.
Actual injection-molded parts are fed into the automated assembly machine for live operation and blind testing, with continual optimization of the computer code and mechanical motions until the complete system runs smoothly and reliably.
We invite the client to conduct equipment acceptance and provide professional operational training; once all specifications are verified, the molds and assembly machines are securely packed in professional protective wooden crates for safe shipment.
Buyer questions
Yes. We can begin with physical samples, photos, and dimensions, then define the drawings and engineering review path.
Yes. That is the main advantage: mold, molded parts, and assembly machines can be checked inside one factory workflow.
Product samples, CAD files if available, target output, voltage, plant layout, product category, and acceptance standards.
By testing molded parts on the actual assembly line before shipment and preparing installation/operation references.
