Why FAT Testing Matters for Sprayer and Pump Assembly Machines

Factory Acceptance Testing is one of the most important steps in packaging automation procurement. A machine may look correct in drawing form, but actual performance depends on how molded components feed, orient, press, lock, seal, and discharge during continuous operation.

Songrock reduces this risk by connecting mold development, injection molding, and assembly machine testing inside one factory workflow. Freshly molded components can be tested directly on the corresponding assembly equipment, allowing engineers to adjust tolerances, feeding structures, and running parameters before shipment.

For buyers, FAT testing provides visible proof before delivery. Running videos, sample checks, acceptance records, and technical notes help the purchasing team confirm that the machine and components are ready for the next project stage.
